DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING

Real and lasting change comes from the inside.

I work with people to uncover innate resources, meet goals and commitments, and blossom into their higher potential.

PRESENCE

Coaching from a place of presence, meaning what’s here right now, I work with clients to cultivate a perspective shift. This shift includes and integrates mind, body, and heart, awakening internal resources and supporting their capacity for self-generation. Coaching engagements are structured around commitments and goals.

I support leaders and organizations in their transformations to meet the challenges of our time. We uncover hidden resources such as clarity, healing, and joy and bring interior and exterior experiences into greater harmony. I am a Certified ICF Coach and bring 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, non-profit leader, husband, father, and heart surgery survivor to the care and support of my clients’ growth as leaders and people.

Working with Aaron has been a pivotal experience in my journey toward living a fuller, more authentic life. I sought coaching because I felt trapped by old narratives and patterns that no longer served me—stories that had shaped my actions and outlook but weren’t aligned with who I truly wanted to be. Aaron helped me gently confront and begin to heal parts of myself that I had long ignored. His approach allowed me to acknowledge and move through barriers that had been quietly but profoundly holding me back for years.

Through our work, I’ve started to shift from living a life dictated by external forces to one rooted in my own desires and experiences. Aaron’s guidance has helped me reconnect with a sense of wholeness, offering me the clarity and courage to design a life I genuinely want to live. I recommend Aaron to anyone ready to break free from the limitations that hold them back and begin living in alignment with their true self.

ADVISORY

For organizations seeking change, I create strategic programs that facilitate transformation at an organizational scale. This involves working with senior leadership on mission-critical strategic initiatives. I facilitate and advocate for agreements and clarity as an objective observer.

My work is informed by my experience building products and companies across enterprise SaaS, consumer software, physical retail and e-commerce, housing and infrastructure, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Business is a powerful engine for change, and I work with organizations to spark and scale new models of economic and environmental sustainability. The work generally covers some or all of the following:

Culture

  • Accountability

  • Creating and maintaining agreements

  • Non-violent communication

Structure

  • Organizational design

  • Retreats and group meetings

  • Progress and reporting

BENEFITS

Coaching has been shown to have numerous benefits. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF):

  • 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence

  • 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills

  • 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more

Numerous clients report that coaching positively impacted their careers as well as their lives by helping them to:

  • Establish and take action toward achieving goals

  • Become more self-reliant

  • Gain more job and life satisfaction

  • Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization

  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments

  • Work more easily and productively with others (boss, direct reports, peers)

  • Communicate more effectively

But the most important and lasting benefits come from the client’s cultivation of their own internal resources. These include creativity, resourcefulness, and wholeness. From presence, these resources can be more readily accessed to support the client’s goals and commitments, whatever they may be.
