People come to coaching seeking change. They often feel stuck, depleted, lacking, or overwhelmed. They know they have the capacity and desire to change, but they don’t know how. Whatever was tried before to break unwanted patterns, typically by changing external conditions, has not delivered relief, clarity, or the desired progress.

People come to coaching for a variety of reasons:

  • Transitioning to a new role, project, career, or phase of life

  • Starting, growing, closing, or selling a company

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, under-resourced, or burned out

  • Feeling under-resourced or ineffective as a leader

  • Conflict and/or misalignment between co-founders, investors, board

  • Navigating chronic disease or major surgery

Change comes from the inside and requires transformation. I am a professional leadership and transformational coach. Coaching from presence, I apply my direct experience together with coaching methodology and somatic techniques. I work with entrepreneurs, executives, doctors, and organizations, as well as patients of major surgery and chronic disease, to help them uncover their innate resources, meet their goals and commitments, and blossom into their higher potential.
